Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Sr. Copilot Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions built on Copilot and the Power Platform.

This fully remote role is based out of Columbus, OH, with responsibility for governance, security, and deployment approaches across environments. You will design and customize Copilot Studio agents, MCP servers, and Power Platform workflows, integrate REST APIs and Dataverse, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI-driven

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and customizing Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, connectors, and workflows.
• Strong experience designing, building, and integrating MCP Servers with enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365/Power Platform experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Solid enterprise integration experience, including REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and Dataverse/SharePoint integrations.
• Strong background in governance and deployment, including security, ALM, and environment management for Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and customize Copilot Studio agents, connectors, actions, and enterprise AI workflows
• Design and build MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers, integrating them with enterprise systems and data sources
• Develop and maintain solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Build and manage enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and connections to Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party systems
• Establish governance, security, and ALM practices to support scalable, enterprise-grade Copilot and Power Platform deployments
• Manage environment strategy and deployment processes across development, test, and production
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and productivity gains
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Copilot, Power Platform, and integrated systems
• Stay current on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and MCP developments, sharing knowledge across the team
