The ideal candidate has 10+ years supporting executives, strong communication skills, and deep proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and DoD-compliant tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive support in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, DoD365 Copilot, Power Platform and related apps.
• Experience in training and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Front Office support to executives and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bridge operations with digital tools to improve correspondence management, task tracking, and records processes.
• Develop SharePoint-based digital records systems and interactive Power BI dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Create automated workflows in Microsoft 365 SharePoint to streamline correspondence, reviews, calendars, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with DoD information security and accessibility standards and support front office admin functions.
