Job summary

Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) seeks a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to administer and improve the Digital Workplace across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, document management, and automation. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable collaboration and content management solutions, leading modernization of legacy forms and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell.

This is an onsite position and it is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of SharePoint experience, including on-premises and online.
• Strong experience with SPFx, React, Angular, .NET, C#, ASP.NET.
• InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows experience, migration to cloud.
• Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell scripting proficiency.
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams and integrations.
• Administer Windows Server and IIS environments.
• Deep SharePoint/Teams architecture, governance, and security knowledge.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Able to lead cross-functional technical initiatives with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, enhance, and improve Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
• Manage enterprise document management, records management, and content services.
• Monitor performance, security, provisioning, and governance controls.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Digital Workplace applications.
• Troubleshoot integration, authentication, and workflow issues with vendor coordination.
• Support lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, testing, and DR activities.
• Design and support Power Apps/Power Automate solutions.
• Modernize legacy forms/workflows (InfoPath, legacy SharePoint).
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate operations.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity, and business teams.
• Develop and maintain operational docs and knowledge articles.
