Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Sr. Workflow Manager to provide onsite support at the Mark Center in Arlington, VA.

The role emphasizes reengineering administrative workflows using Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, and Power BI to improve correspondence management, task tracking, and performance reporting. Ideal candidates have 10+ years supporting executive personnel, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve on an executive Front Office operations team handling communications and engagements with the public and senior officials.
