Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Sr. Workflow Manager to provide onsite support at the Mark Center in Arlington, VA.

The role focuses on reengineering administrative workflows using Microsoft 365 to improve correspondence management, task tracking, and records control for senior leadership. You will analyze and modernize business processes, develop SharePoint Online and Power BI capabilities, and build digital libraries and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive-support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong initiative and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in correspondence management for senior leadership.
• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint, DoD365 Copilot, Power Platform.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Fully onsite work requirement at client site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an OUSW (R&E) expert for reengineering admin workflows using Microsoft 365.
• Bridge operations with digital tools to improve correspondence management, task tracking, and records processes.
• Develop modernization plans for SharePoint Online, Power BI, and other MS 365 capabilities.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards for leadership visibility of tasks and metrics.
• Establish document quality control across Word, PowerPoint, and PDFs to meet senior standards.
• Build automated workflows using Microsoft 365 SharePoint for correspondence preparation and reviews.
• Support Operations and Project Managers with digital tools for tracking milestones and SOPs.
• Enhance knowledge management with standardized SharePoint libraries and templates.
• Conduct training and user adoption to integrate new processes into daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with DoD information security, Section 508, and safeguarding requirements.
