Job summary

Physicians Mutual Insurance Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Workflow Developer to design, develop and support critical business processes. The focus is Tungsten TotalAgility and OpenText Case360, with migration from KTM/Kofax and extensive integrations.

You will own development tasks end-to-end, troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineers, architects and business partners to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Minimum of five years of programming experience.
• Strong experience with Tungsten TotalAgility, OpenText Case360, Appian, Pega, etc.
• Solid understanding of business process automation, workflow design and system integration.
• Agile or other SDLC methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with databases.
• Experience with APIs, databases and web services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support business process/workflow solutions.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms and integrations.
• Migration and modernization of KTM/Kofax solutions.
• Own development tasks from planning to production support.
• Analyze current systems to identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Design logic and write maintainable code.
• Work with APIs, databases, web services and integrations.
• Perform unit, integration and system testing.
• Provide production support for enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts, testers and admins.
• Participate in code/design reviews and maintain docs.
• Communicate decisions/risks to stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates.
