Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) workflow design and document processing
• Experience with OCR, classification, extraction, and validation workflows
• Proficiency in .NET / C# development
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-hosted environments
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and intelligent document processing (IDP)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and enhance Kofax Capture and Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) solutions for document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation
• Design and maintain TTA workflows, business rules, queues, forms, and process automation components
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document ingestion, OCR/extraction, validation, exception handling, and system performance
• Assist with integration of TTA with downstream business systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services
• Develop and maintain supporting customizations using .NET / C#
• Support existing Kofax Capture solutions as needed, particularly where they feed into TTA
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements
• Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing optimization of workflow solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for TTA configurations, workflows, and integrations
