Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Workflow Automation Developer to enhance document-driven processes across the enterprise. You will automate manual workflows, improve data quality, and support digital transformation in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and IT.

The role demands a 3–5+ year background in workflow automation, experience with Tungsten TotalAgility and Kofax products, and the ability to partner with stakeholders on automation opportunities, including AP workflows. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in workflow automation or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation and production support.
• Experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) and Kofax products.
• Experience with Accounts Payable automation and invoice processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain workflow automation solutions with TTA.
• Configure routing, approvals, rules, notifications, and decisions.
• Handle document ingestion, OCR, validation, and exception handling.
• Develop integrations between TotalAgility and Oracle/mainframe/databases.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Support testing, training, and deployment; mentor users.
