Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack software engineering with a backend focus.
• Experience building data-heavy, workflow-oriented systems.
• Experience with complex data-driven decision logic or orchestration problems.
• Experience contributing to modern React-based applications.
• Able to work in a fast-moving startup environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems (eligibility, batching, submissions, workflows).
• Tackle data-heavy backend problems and ensure correct sequencing across systems.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration end-to-end with reliability.
• Collaborate with Integrations, Case Strategy, engineering and product teams.
