Job summary
System One is seeking an experienced Application Workflow Subject Matter Expert to support a large-scale federal healthcare enterprise content management environment. You will lead OpenText AppWorks, Content Server, and BPM initiatives, guiding enterprise workflow design and modernization. The role requires 10+ years in Health IT/ECM, 5+ years in BPM/ECM, and U.S.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
- 10+ years in Health IT or ECM initiatives.
- 5+ years in ECM/BPM platforms.
- Experience with workflow-driven enterprise applications.
- Experience in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead workflow automation and BPM initiatives using OpenText.
- Analyze requirements and advise on platform capabilities.
- Design and implement workflows with minimal customization.
- Review designs for security, records management, scalability.
- Provide estimates for new workflows and enhancements.
- Collaborate across architects, developers, analysts, testers, and cybersecurity.
- Mentor and guide development teams.
- Participate in Agile planning, reviews, and releases.
