Qualificações

• Oversee third-party administrator handling of occupational claims.
• Coordinate with Environmental, Health and Safety on injuries and reporting.
• Prepare loss analysis and recommend cost-reduction actions.
• Ensure compliant and timely reporting of work-related injuries.
• Lead training and guidance for HR partners and managers.
