Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience handling workers compensation claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end insurance placement and strategic risk mitigation across all operations. Manage data processing for policy placement, oversee policy audits, analyze program structures, and direct enrollments with OCIP brokers and contractors.
• Receive and process claims for owners, employees, and contractors, arrange medical care and facilitate return-to-work and modified-duty accommodations.
• Serve as primary contact for injured workers, liaise with carriers, clinics, and legal counsel and maintain detailed incidents and financial records.
• Deliver supervisors claim training, analyze incident trends to prevent recurring injuries, and ensure alignment with workers compensation regulations.
• Evaluate risk exposures, design proactive risk control solutions, and build strategic vendor and insurer relationships.
