Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial hygiene, occupational safety or a related field with nine or more years of progressively complex safety engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety principles, OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations, and the ability to apply them across programs.
• Experience leading safety investigations, risk assessments, and development of safety procedures and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program development, including written safety plans and operating procedures.
• Develop and deliver safety training and awareness campaigns across all levels of staff.
• Analyze incidents, trends, and risk factors to recommend corrective actions.
• Advise management on compliance with applicable laws, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with line management and outside agencies as needed.
