Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of complex workers' compensation claims with strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate reserve and settlement requests with advanced exposure assessments.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation, safety improvements, and claim trends.
• Communicate empathetically with injured workers while balancing employer interests.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and monitor claim progression.
