Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage complex workers’ compensation claims in a remote capacity across the United States. The role emphasizes analytical decision-making, client collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in claims, active licenses in applicable states, and a strong knowledge of industry practices. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years-related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve processes.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants.
