Job summary

Gallagher Bassett, part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to support workers' compensation claims, with remote work eligibility. The role requires licensure in relevant states, strong analytical ability, and a customer-focused approach.

You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, collaborate with clients, and ensure claims are managed in line with policies and regulatory standards while delivering timely communication and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Experience with claims and business software; knowledge of industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure to determine proper course of action and resolve claims.
• Interact with clients, claimants, and other parties to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants.
• Adhere to client and company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Document claim activity and support the claims file outcome.
