Qualifications

• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file.
