Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a seasoned Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager to lead the Enterprise Risk Management approach from our Tampa HQ. You will independently manage complex, high-exposure claims, coordinating with internal teams, TPAs, medical providers, and counsel.

You will drive outcomes aligned with operational, financial, and employee-focused objectives, including RTW program oversight and proactive risk mitigation. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent with significant relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive Workers’ Compensation claims management in large/self-insured environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Workers’ Compensation statutes, claims administration, medical management, and litigation processes.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Workers’ Compensation claims from intake to resolution.
• Exercise independent judgment within Chart of Authority.
• Oversee third-party administrators, nurse case managers, medical providers, and defense counsel.
• Audit claim files for accuracy, reserving, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Return-to-Work (RTW) program with HR, Safety, and Operations.
• Present loss trends and KPIs to leadership and business units.
