Aufgaben

• Conduct detailed investigations of workers' compensation claims from state employees.
• Evaluate medical reports, authorize treatment, and determine rehabilitation needs.
• Authorize compensation payments and settlements; maintain reserves.
• Coordinate with defense counsel and attend mediations/hearings when needed.
• Support Claims Coordinators with questions on coverage and reporting.
