Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team in the Naples office. The Associate Attorney will support fellow Attorneys with a heavy and complex caseload of Workers' Compensation matters and benefit from the firm's extensive resources, national platform, and trial-ready infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active FL Bar in good standing; multiple state licenses preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume cases through full life cycle.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide claimants through the case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and draft reports/affidavits.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and appearances.
