Job summary

Camping World in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a highly organized Workers' Compensation Administrator to oversee our workers' compensation program, manage end-to-end claims, and ensure OSHA compliance on a hybrid basis.

The role requires deep knowledge of risk management, regulatory complexities across jurisdictions, and the ability to coordinate with TPAs, locations, and attorneys while maintaining accurate financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Extensive working knowledge of workers' compensation & risk management administration is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related discipline is preferred.
• Global understanding of reserves timing, monitoring, and medical claims guidance.

Responsibilities

• Participation in full-cycle claim activities from the beginning of the claim event to claim closure.
• Coordinate with location members on injury events and with Third-party administrators for claim management.
• Align claim activities with business operations, e.g. limited duty program.
• Apply resources such as Nurse Case management, diagnostic coordination.
• Monitor medical, lost time expenses and projected impairments.
• Outline workers' compensation cases with adjusters and coordinate resolution.
• Participate in claim meetings and present training for claim reporting.
• Manage workers' compensation claim process for Monopolistic states.
• Serve as team contact for TPA & claim liaison.
