You will manage end-to-end workers' compensation claims, ensure OSHA compliance, and oversee the casualty insurance program while coordinating with TPAs and site leaders.

Qualifications

• Extensive working knowledge of workers' compensation & risk management administration is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related discipline is preferred.
• Global understanding of activity -- the timing of reserves, monitoring & guiding of medical claims.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to communicate with location members, TPAs, and attorneys.
• Able to thrive in a multi-functional environment and work autonomously or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle workers' compensation claim activities from event to closure.
• Coordinate with Third-Party Administrators for claim management and communicate with location members on injury events.
• Assist in OSHA recordkeeping and ensure real-time logging and responses to surveys.
