Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Workers' Compensation Manager to oversee the company’s workers' compensation program, ensuring injured employees receive support and benefits while managing claims and driving return-to-work initiatives.

You will work with employees, healthcare providers, insurers, TPAs, legal teams, and leadership to ensure compliant and timely claim handling and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing workers' compensation claims or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation regulations, claims management practices, and return-to-work programs.
• Experience partnering with insurance carriers, brokers, and TPAs.
• Knowledge of OSHA reporting requirements and workplace injury management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims from injury reporting through claim closure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, insurers, TPAs, medical providers, and legal counsel.
• Monitor and review open claims to identify trends, risks, and cost-containment opportunities.
• Investigate injuries and collaborate with stakeholders for timely documentation.
• Develop and maintain return-to-work and claim-management programs to improve outcomes and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and regulations.
