Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Licensed with the PA Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of workers' compensation litigation experience representing insured and self-insured employers.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, including ability to deliver client presentations and conduct training seminars.

Responsibilities

• Litigate insurance company and TPA workers' compensation claims.
• Prepare legal correspondence, memoranda, briefs, and pleadings.
• Conduct depositions of claimants, insureds, and expert witnesses.
• Develop and maintain solid internal and external client relationships; perform regulatory research and analysis.
