Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong research, analytical and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to travel to various locations in PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Litigate insurance company and third party administrator workers' compensation claims.
• Prepare legal correspondence, memorandums, briefs and pleadings.
• Conduct depositions of claimants, insureds and expert witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation through to resolution.
