Responsibilities include quarterly audits, performance reviews, mentoring, and providing timely information to clients. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive claim experience; position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of progressive technical claim experience with ability to guide complex claim cases and negotiate settlements.
• Strong project management, change management and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead a claims unit and oversee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and feedback to staff; enforce company standards and Labor Code rules.
• Approve expenditures and ensure timely completion of claims processing and audits.
• Conduct quarterly audits of a sample of open inventories to validate accuracy and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain teamwork and efficient operations.
