Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of claims experience, proper licensing in relevant states, and familiarity with standard claims software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and resolve claims with sound judgment.
• Interact with parties in the claim process to ensure effective resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and corporate policies.
• Document claim activity timely and support claim outcomes.
