You will lead engagements from assessment to implementation, align operations with return-to-work strategies, and collaborate with clinical, regulatory, analytics, and product teams. This remote role requires about 30% travel across the US.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in workers' compensation consulting or related fields.
• Experience in remote/matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional client engagements.
