Job summary

AvonRisk is seeking a senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster III to handle the organization’s most complex, high-exposure claims. You will provide technical guidance, supervise backups, and be a senior resource for clients and carriers.

The role supports remote or hybrid work based on location with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic resolution. Requirements include 7+ years WC claims, independent indemnity management experience, and active adjuster licensure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years WC claims experience with independent indemnity management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with WC indemnity experience.
• Active adjuster license in applicable state(s) required; multi-state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform three-point contact on all new losses and plan resolution on complex cases.
• Lead medical management on catastrophic claims and coordinate UR/IMEs.
• Lead PD rating on complex cases and establish reserves with justification.
• Independently direct full litigation process on complex files, including selecting counsel.
