Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of workers' compensation claims experience with independent indemnity management.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years indemnity experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of public entity liability, JPAs, self-insured programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations and adjudicate compensability and reserves.
• Direct litigation, select defense counsel, and manage legal spend.
• Coordinate medical management, RTW, and life care planning.
• Negotiate settlements and manage multi-lien recovery.
