Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of WC claims experience including independent indemnity management.
• CA SIP certificate required for CA files (CA only).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations with emphasis on catastrophic/high-exposure cases.
• Direct litigation process including selecting counsel and trial prep.
• Mentor junior adjusters and provide supervisory backup.
• Coordinate with case managers to optimize RTW and medical management.
