AvonRisk is seeking a senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster III to oversee complex, high-exposure cases and provide expert guidance to clients, carriers, and teammates. Qualifications

7+ years WC claims experience with independent indemnity management.
CA SIP certificate for CA files is required.
Active adjuster license in applicable state(s) is required.

Responsibilities

Perform three-point contact on new losses and plan action on complex cases.
Lead medical management for catastrophic/high-exposure claims.
Lead PD rating, reserving, and complex settlement decisions.
Direct full litigation process for the unit’s most complex files.
Negotiate settlements and coordinate subrogation and lien resolution.
