Davies North America is seeking a remote Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead a team of WC claims professionals handling medical-only, lost time, and complex claims. The role emphasizes compliance, cost management, and timely resolution while delivering strong leadership and coaching.

The candidate will oversee return-to-work coordination, partner with Nurse Case Managers, and ensure client satisfaction through effective claim strategy and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience.
• Must have an active FL 5-20 or 6-20 license.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and claim handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor workers’ compensation claims adjusters handling medical-only, lost time, and complex claims.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and technical guidance to claims staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for claims team members.
