Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree and 6+ years work experience in Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Active property & casualty license.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, expertise, and guidance for prompt, fair handling of workers’ compensation claims.
• Develop action plans on high exposure claims.
• Collaborate with Risk Advisors and clients to advocate for best claim resolution.
• Monitor claims to ensure reserves and handling accuracy.
• Mentor Associate Claims Administrators on the team.
