Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to handle complex workers' compensation claims. The role is fully remote, supporting clients across New England and beyond, with licensure in applicable states.

You will analyze exposures, coordinate with claimants and professionals, and ensure timely, accurate resolution while upholding regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers' compensation claims.
• Coordinate with clients to deliver solutions and improve claims processes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of claim activity.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
