Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage complex workers’ compensation claims, including lost time and litigation, across CT and MA jurisdictions. The role requires active state licenses or reciprocity and a strong customer-service mindset.

This is a remote-position with opportunities to collaborate across teams. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of claims experience and strong analytical skills, with knowledge of industry standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims applying analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims process.
