This remote role supports clients from Wisconsin and surrounding areas, handling complex claims with empathy and accuracy, while upholding regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and timely communication with claimants and clients to drive fair resolutions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and determine proper course of action.
• Interact with all parties involved to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Handle claims in line with client and Gallagher policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support outcomes.
