• Interview clients and witnesses to gather case information.
• Review medical records and legal files for case development.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and legal teams.
• Maintain case files using PCLaw and iManage.
• Conduct legal research on workers' comp laws and regs.
• Draft documents and correspondence with clarity.
• Support litigation by reviewing documents and assisting in discovery.
• Use LexisNexis and Westlaw to obtain relevant legal information.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
