• Interview clients and witnesses to gather information for case development.
• Review medical records, employment documents and legal files for claim viability and prepare summaries.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and legal teams to move cases forward.
• Maintain detailed files in legal case management systems (PCLaw, iManage).
• Conduct legal research on workers' compensation law and related regulations.
• Draft documents, reports, and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
• Handle confidential information in compliance with privacy laws.
• Support litigation processes including pleadings and discovery.
• Use LexisNexis and Westlaw for pertinent information.
