Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of Workday VNDLY solutions supporting contingent workforce processes.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering and solution-design sessions with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Configure and test Workday VNDLY, HCM, and Recruiting processes and components.
• Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test cases, and deployment materials.
• Coordinate with Workday HCM, Recruiting, integration, and change management teams to support delivery.
