Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years configuring Workday VNDLY.
• 3+ years leading functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Workday implementations.
• 1+ year supporting contingent labor or external workforce management processes.
• Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of Workday VNDLY solutions supporting contingent workforce processes.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering and solution-design sessions with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Configure and test VNDLY business processes, workflows, and supporting solution components.
• Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test cases, and deployment materials.
• Coordinate with Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, integration, and change management teams to support connected solution delivery.
