Job summary

Strada is seeking a Transformation and Optimization Architect to manage the delivery of Transformation and Optimization Services. You will drive value realization of Workday investments through multi-domain tenant assessments and roadmaps, collaborating with Solutions and Enablement managers for seamless execution.

You will lead large-scale deployments, oversee AMS and BPaaS initiatives, and design future-ready Workday solutions while mentoring teams and ensuring delivery quality across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Significant business and implementation or AMS support experience across multiple domains.
• Workday project experience or AMS support required.
• Workday certification(s) required and ongoing certification maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Has broad understanding of the entire Workday HCM product suite and can speak to clients and leaders at a high level.
• Leads large and/or multi-domain tenant assessments across functional areas.
• Supports BPaaS and AMS Standalone clients with regular oversight, diagnostics, and roadmap updates.
• Delivers cutting-edge Workday solutions including first-time installations and POV design.
• Designs and delivers future-ready Workday solutions to optimize HR functions.
• Facilitates cross-functional sessions to align customer needs with design targets and delivery processes.
• Collaborates with consultants to design holistic solutions and ensure coordinated delivery.
