Job summary

Strada in Kentucky is seeking a Transformation and Optimization Architect to lead delivery of Transformation and Optimization Services, focusing on Workday implementations, AMS support, and tenant assessments to realize value from Workday investments.

You will align to multi-domain roadmaps, collaborate with Solutions Architects and Enablement Managers, mentor colleagues, and ensure high-quality delivery while advancing Strada's framework and point of view.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Workday project experience or AMS support required.
• Prior consulting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• This role does not sponsor visas.
• Workday certification across domains is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-domain tenant assessments across functional areas.
• Support BPaaS and AMS Standalone clients with oversight, diagnostics, and roadmaps.
• Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to optimize HR.
• Collaborate with consultants to design holistic solutions.
• Mentor colleagues in Workday thought leadership.
• Ensure delivery quality and consistency with Strada’s framework.
• Maintain relationships across the organization.
