Job summary
Strada is seeking a Transformation and Optimization Architect to lead the delivery of Workday-related services, including multi-domain tenant assessments and roadmap development. You will collaborate with Solutions and Enablement managers to create client roadmaps and oversee execution.
You will design future-ready Workday solutions across HR domains, mentor peers, and stay current with Workday release features while facilitating cross-functional sessions to align customer needs with delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Workday project experience or AMS support required.
- Previous consulting experience required.
- Workday certification in multiple domains is a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Lead large and/or multi-domain tenant assessments.
- Design holistic Workday solutions and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
- Support BPaaS and AMS Standalone clients with oversight and roadmap updates.
- Mentor colleagues in Workday thought leadership and delivery quality.
