Job summary

Strada is seeking a Transformation and Optimization Architect to manage the delivery of Transformation and Optimization Services. You will lead broad Workday tenant assessments, align with Solutions and Enablement managers, and hand roadmaps to ongoing teams for execution with ongoing oversight.

You will design future-ready Workday solutions, mentor colleagues, and ensure high-quality delivery across domains while maintaining Strada’s framework and Point of View. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• 8-10 years relevant work experience required.
• Workday project experience or AMS support required.
• Previous consulting experience required.
• Workday certification in multiple domains is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and/or multi-domain tenant assessments across functional areas.
• Support BPaaS and AMS Standalone clients with regular oversight and roadmap updates.
• Drive value realization of Workday investments and roadmaps from sales to AMS.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Enablement Managers to deliver client solutions.
• Mentor colleagues in Workday thought leadership and delivery quality.
