Job summary

Strada is seeking a Transformation and Optimization Architect to oversee the delivery of Transformation and Optimization Services. They will use broad Workday experience to drive value realization and align to multi-domain tenant assessments.

The role collaborates with Solutions and Enablement managers, designs future‑ready Workday solutions, mentors colleagues, and travels up to 25%. A Bachelor’s degree and Workday certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline. 8-10 years relevant work experience required.
• Significant business and implementation or AMS support experience across multiple domains.
• Workday project experience or AMS support required with experience supporting technology solutions outside of their area of expertise.
• Previous consulting experience required either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization.
• Workday certification(s) required and ongoing.
• Influential communication skills for clear executive summaries and detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Has broad understanding of the Workday HCM product suite and can speak to clients at high level.
• Lead large and/or multi-domain tenant assessments across functional areas.
• Support BPaaS and AMS Standalone clients with regular oversight, diagnostics, and roadmap updates.
• Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to optimize HR functions.
• Collaborate with consultants to design holistic solutions.
