Job summary

Strada seeks a Transformational and Optimization Architect to drive delivery of Workday solutions and related services. You’ll lead multi-domain tenant assessments, align roadmaps across Solutions and Enablement teams, and mentor colleagues in Workday thought leadership.

You will collaborate with clients and Strada teams to design holistic Workday roadmaps, deliver high-quality outputs, and stay current with release features. A strong consulting background and travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
8–10 years relevant work experience and deep understanding across multiple domains.
Workday project experience or AMS support required with experience outside their area of expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead large and/or multi-domain Workday tenant assessments across functional areas.
Provide oversight and roadmap updates for BPaaS/AMS clients.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Enablement Managers to ensure delivery of solutions.
