Job summary

You will own the backlog, collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, and HR partners, ensure QA and UAT excellence, and drive AI-enabled improvements to total rewards workflows while safeguarding data privacy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience configuring or leading Workday HCM platforms, specifically Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
Preferred: 2+ years as Product Owner or Systems Analyst in HR Agile/Scrum delivery.
Preferred: Certified Workday Pro in Compensation or Benefits.

Responsibilities

Own, refine, and prioritize the Workday Compensation and Benefits backlog in an Agile delivery model.
Translate complex Total Rewards policies into Workday configurations and business processes.
Collaborate with Total Rewards leadership, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to gather requirements and roll out updates.
Maintain deep functional ownership of Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules, including plan setups and integrations.
Lead End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing for annual cycles, patches, and upgrades with clear pass/fail criteria.
Coordinate with benefits administration partners and insurers on API integrations and data feeds.
Track product adoption, system utilization, and data accuracy to measure ROI.
