Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team in the United States. You will lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on Workday implementations for global clients and help create workplans that cover risk, budgets, resources, and client relationships.

In this role you will research and resolve day-to-day Workday issues, configure requirements, and provide support for regulatory reporting and year-end activities.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Support year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/off-shore functional teams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
