Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC seeks a Senior Workday Technical Architect to drive a multi-module Workday deployment for a healthcare client. The role emphasizes on-site travel in the Tri-State Area and immediate availability.

You will serve as the client-side technical authority, reviewing integration designs, validating data conversions, and guiding release management across HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain. Strong communication with executives and technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Multiple full-cycle Workday implementations in a technical architect/lead role.
• Deep expertise in Workday integration tooling and architecture.
• Hands-on experience reviewing integration and data conversions.
• Experience auditing SI deliverables in big-bang go-lives.
• Workday deployment lifecycle, tenant management, and release planning.
• Workday Pro certification in a technical area preferred.
• Strong cross-team communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client-side technical authority across a multi-module Workday deployment (HCM, Financials, Supply Chain).
• Review and validate SI deliverables, including integration designs, APIs, and deployment artifacts.
• Lead technical QA/test review across integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Assess deployment readiness: tenant strategy, migration/cutover plans, data conversion validation, release management.
• Review integration architecture (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, web services) for security and monitoring.
• Surface technical risks with project manager and integrator; drive resolution.
• Establish internal standards, docs, and support models for post go-live.
• Transfer knowledge to a largely PeopleSoft-trained team.
